I certify the accuracy of the information provided, declare to be aware of the contest regulations, accept all rules, and grant full release for the use of the works.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY DECLARATION

By signing this, I declare to exempt and release CCN VIVICASTELNUOVO from any civil and criminal liability arising from participation in the aforementioned competition, for any accidents or injuries suffered and resulting from accidents, damage caused to oneself or to third parties, and illnesses (including death or permanent disability) related to the creation of the painting, the possible use of facilities and equipment, including accidents and injuries resulting from the actions of other participants and prejudicial to us. I also declare to waive any claim for compensation and reimbursement present or that may be claimed in the future against CCN VIVICASTELNUOVO. Therefore, I release the same CCN VIVICASTELNUOVO from any liability and all actions related to it, causes, and any type of judicial and/or arbitration proceedings related to the risk of injuries, compensation for damages to persons and/or third-party property, damage to equipment, and the risk of loss of personal effects due to theft or any other reason, except for the non-waivable limits of the law.

Con la sottoscrizione della presente dichiaro di esonerare e sollevare da ogni responsabilità civile e penale il CCN VIVICASTELNUOVO derivante dalla partecipazione al concorso sopra richiamato, per gli eventuali incidenti o infortuni subiti ed in conseguenza di infortuni, danni cagionati a sé o a terzi ed a malori (incluso il decesso o l’invalidità permanente) connessi alla realizzazione della pittura, all’uso eventuale di impianti e di attrezzature, ivi compresi gli incidenti e infortuni derivanti dall’azione di altri partecipanti e a noi pregiudizievoli. 3. Dichiaro inoltre di rinunciare a qualsiasi richiesta di risarcimento e di rimborso presenti o che si potrebbe rivendicare in futuro nei confronti del CCN VIVICASTELNUOVO. Pertanto esonero lo stesso CCN VIVICASTELNUOVO da ogni responsabilità e tutte le azioni ad essa relative, cause e qualsivoglia tipo di procedimento giudiziario e/o arbitrale relativi al rischio d’infortuni, risarcimento di danni a persone e/o cose di terzi, danneggiamenti alle attrezzature e al rischio di smarrimenti d’effetti personali per furto o qualsivoglia ragione, salvo i limiti inderogabili di legge.
